We don't offer complicated food plans. Instead, we guide and encourage you to make healthy choices until you have reached your goal weight. We then continue to assist you with a program to maintain your success.

Your initial visit will be approximately 45 minutes and requires an appointment. This visit includes taking a medical history as well as a physical exam. You will receive a diet consultation, and a prescription for medication, if appropriate. You will also receive vitamin B12 shot at each visit. Lab work will be requested if it has not been completed within the past six months.
Fees
The fee for your initial plan will be $150. Every plan is individualized and developed to achieve the most exceptional long term results. Follow-up visits are every two weeks or monthly, based on your program. They cost $100.

Medical Exams
Nancy Davis Med Spa is a certified DOT medical examination center. If you need to be reexamined every year for your DOT job we can easily fit you in. The cost is $150, and it takes just 30 minutes of your time. Regular physical exams are $150. Follow up medical cannabis recommendation $100.
Massage Therapy
Kassi Hatch, LMT offers massage therapy with full-body massages starting at $80 per hour. Outcall for $125. Deep tissue, hot stone, medical, and pregnancy massages are all available. She also offers craniosacral therapy and light massage
IV Therapy
IV therapy is packed with natural vitamins and rehydrates your body to get your rejuvenated ASAP.
